Unfortunately, I cannot rate these at any more than 1 star.The reasons are, Ordered a move sparkling brand new fire, it turned up on Friday after a 5 day wait, on arrival the box was damaged, and fearing the worst, we opened it. Now as the fire was delivered and, the delivery driver did not even ring the bell, he chose to just dump it in our front porch. Hmmmm methinks he knew that something was amiss with his delivery, hence dump and run. So, opened the item and yes, sure enough, a huge dent to the front left corner. So contacted flogas by phone on Friday, they assured us this would be dealt with swiftly, and we would get a call back on Friday, or Saturday at the latest. Friday came and went, no call, so we called again on Saturday, only to be told that flogas are not open, only the customer service department is, and they were as much help as a chocolate fireguard. Step up to today, monday, still no callback, and, even worse, no gas cylinders. We purchased the cylinders as part of the package, and honestly, expected them to turn up either before the fire, or at the very least, today. Seriously how long does it take to deliver 2 cylinders.. Obviously a long time. So, we have a damaged fire,, and not even a cylinder to use to heat us up. Bear in mind, this was going to be our heat source for our very cold living room, and, we explained this to customer services, who put this down as to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Hmmmm, so here we are, cold and with a damaged fire, no cylinders to run the fire, and, this was put to be an urgent case... Monday, now late afternoon, still no cylinders, still no call back on the damaged fire. Over £300 quid out of pocket and not happy at all.The worst thing is, WE ARE NEW CUSTOMERS, we have never used flogas before. So if this is how they treat me customers, then I assume old customers do not get treated very well either.Sorry flogas, but, this needs to be dealt with urgently.

We booked in flogas, they came, they delivered on time, no complaints, great feedback from the office and supervisor on site. Special thank you to Brian coffield for leading the flogas site engineer team, helpful and professional. looking forward to his services again.

Paid my bill twice in error

I recently paid my latest Flogas bill twice, in error. I was very distressed about this, but I had a phone call from a very kind lady at Flogas who had identified my error and asked me what I wanted them to do. Since I had paid this via my credit card I said I would contact them to cancel the payment. However it seemed that I needed to raise a dispute with Flogas. There was no dispute as Flogas had been very helpful so I advised the credit card personnel to forget it. On ringing Flogas I again received excellent support and advice, the money is being sent to my bank account within 3 working days. Please let me compliment the ladies who assisted me, their knowledge, understanding and friendliness. Well done Flogas and thank you.

Tank Installation great; but surveying could have been better

2200 underground litre tank with awkward road access. The surveying part of the process could have gone better, but the actual installation was very smooth indeed - installers committed to doing a good job.

Online ordering system hick up, but sorted quickly

Quick response to urgent delivery needed. Only 4 stars for two reasons:1. reason for urgency was that Flogas online ordering system had not picked up my order when placed2. Initial phone contact was with a fairly abrupt customer service representative, who said she would ring back and never did 5 stars for customer service person who helped me after that. Very polite and helpful. And also thanks to the order planning and delivery team.

Frustrated

Flowgas inspectors just turn up, so you say help your self then they ring you back every thing is wrong but there people can fix it says the lady on the phone.. funny that. Gets a bit off when you say no you try to get your own guys to do it .. the lady freezes your account you get the work done and try to ring back, email, ring again , press 5 call back not working! Give up reminder to self.. buy an oil boiler..

Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!! Run out of gas before delivery was due so I went on the website to find a local stockist and I’ve driven around for 6 hours visiting all the listed providers from Llandeilo right down to the mumbles in Swansea and not one of the listed shops stocked the flo gas bottles! Phoned customer services who provided me with a list of companies that I had already visited plus two other stores I hadn’t tried! Literally sent on a wild goose chase across south and west Wales looking for gas bottles... phoned them back and they hung up on me.. service is atrocious!

I have a bulk tank and have run out 5 times in the last 3 months
Telemetry on the tank to make sure you don’t run out. What a joke
I complain each time and get no where
A badly run company run by people who don’t care
They keep their jobs because they won’t let you get near a manager
